Shipping & returns

Shipping
In stock orders are usually shipped within 1-3 business day.  All large metal art pieces & metal coolers may take 1-3 weeks to ship. Shipping rates can be seen on the cart page. On items shipped free we will endeavor to use the most suitable shipping service.

Returns
Returns can be made within 10 days of purchase, the return window starts the same day that the package is confirmed delivered. All returned items must be received within the return window of 10 days.
Returned items must be new and unopened, must be returned in new, mint condition with all original boxes, packaging and tags to be eligible for a refund. Pack your item in the original outer carton. Do not ship your package back without an outer carton or it will not be accepted for return. We will accept a return on clothing if the item is un-worn, un-washed, un-altered & has the original tags still attached.The item must be free of make-up, deodorant, Perfume or other stains.


All orders that are returned or refused by the customer are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Unfortunately we do not refund shipping charges. On items shipped free, we will deduct the original shipping charge. If you are exchanging we will ship the new item free of charge.
Closeouts, Clearance Items, Specials, Seasonal Items, Overstocks, Earrings, Glassware, Stemware and Fine China are final sale and are not returnable.

Please contact us by email to start a return and receive a return authorization number (RMA). 

Please log-in to your account on the website, go to 'My Account' at the top of the page, choose 'My Orders', click on the order you wish to return and press the 'Return Item' button. This will start the process in our system.

Most returns take 2-3 business days to process after we receive the product. Refunds will be made in the same manner the original purchase was made. On international orders the customer is responsible for import taxes and fees.

Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled if they have not shipped. All cancellation requests must be made by email only. You have the option of cancelling a special order at any time as long as your item has not shipped from the vendor to our warehouse or to you. A Special Order may be a item that we may not keep in stock all of the time.
If an order has shipped and you refuse delivery you will be responsible for the freight charges both ways (to you and the return). There will also be a 20% restocking fee.
